Terms of Service
Last updated: September 10, 2026
1. Parties and scope
Targics is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42148450. These Terms govern use of the Targics platform (“Platform”). By using the Platform you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and your organisation (“Customer”). The Platform is intended for B2B use only; consumer relationships are excluded.
2. Subscription and payment
Pricing, billing intervals, and renewal terms are set out in your service agreement or available on request at [email protected]. Payments are processed via Stripe. Refunds are available within 14 days of the first charge unless otherwise agreed. VAT: the Customer is responsible for providing accurate billing details for tax reporting.
3. Acceptable use
The following are prohibited:
- Using the Platform for illegal advertising or misleading content
- Reverse engineering or attempting to bypass security controls
- Reselling access without prior written consent
- Uploading malicious code, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights
- Load testing without prior written agreement
4. Data and privacy
Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where required, a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA). To request a DPA:[email protected].
5. Google integration
The Platform allows you to connect Google Ads accounts via OAuth 2.0.
- Authorisation. By connecting Google Ads, you authorise Targics to call the Google Ads API on your behalf to manage Google Ads accounts, read campaign data, synchronise performance metrics, and — within the permissions, budgets and operating parameters you have configured — create or update campaigns and budgets. Material actions may require additional approval as designated by Targics policy.
- Customer responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring that the Google Ads accounts you connect belong to you or your clients and that you have authority to manage them.
- Google’s terms. Use of the Google Ads API is also governed by Google’s own terms: the Google Ads API Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy. Targics is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC.
- Revoking access. You may revoke OAuth access at any time from the Integrations page or directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- API availability. Targics is not liable for unavailability or changes to the Google Ads API that are outside our control.
6. AI features
AI-generated recommendations are for informational purposes only. Final decisions on ad campaigns, budgets, and publications rest with the Customer. Targics is not liable for losses arising from automated actions taken by the Customer without adequate review.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Targics's aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer in the preceding 3 months. Targics is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Changes to these Terms
We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory law in the Customer's country requires otherwise. Questions: [email protected].
